一、【觀察】Tele2公司俄羅斯分公司為莫斯科企業(yè)客戶削減費(fèi)率
移動(dòng)運(yùn)營商Tele2公司俄羅斯分公司更新了莫斯科企業(yè)客戶費(fèi)用規(guī)定。該運(yùn)營商降低了A套餐和B套餐的訂購費(fèi)用，并增加了A套餐和G套餐的網(wǎng)絡(luò)流量總量。Tele2公司俄羅斯分公司也制定了新的套餐——S套餐。
新套餐包括語音，數(shù)據(jù)和短信捆綁。A套餐包含全網(wǎng)內(nèi)的2000分鐘通話時(shí)長和2000條短信或彩信。Tele2公司俄羅斯分公司將A套餐中的網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)流量捆綁從15 GB增至20 GB，同時(shí)將用戶月訂購費(fèi)減免30%，只收取650盧布。
B套餐包括1000分鐘的通話時(shí)長，1000條短信或彩信以及10GB數(shù)據(jù)流量，每月訂購費(fèi)為450盧布。
Tele2公司俄羅斯分公司將G套餐中的數(shù)據(jù)流量增加了一倍至10 GB。該套餐還包括500分鐘的通話時(shí)長，500條短信或彩信（可與所有的俄羅斯號碼聯(lián)系），且費(fèi)用為每月350盧布。
Tele2公司俄羅斯分公司還向B2B用戶（企業(yè)對企業(yè)的電子商務(wù)模式用戶）推出了新套餐——S套餐。
如Tele2公司俄羅斯分公司內(nèi)部人員使用以上套餐，可享受員工之間無限通話優(yōu)惠。
Tele2 Russia cuts rates for corporate clients in Moscow
Mobile operator Tele2 Russia has updated its tariffs for corporate users in Moscow. The operator has reduced the subscription rate under the 'Alfa‘ and 'Beta‘ tariffs and increased the volume of internet traffic under the 'Alfa‘ and 'Gamma‘ tariffs. The operator has also started a new corporate tariff 'Sigma‘.
The new tariffs all include voice, data and SMS packs. The 'Alfa‘ tariff contains 2,000 minutes of calls and 2,000 SMS or MMS to all Russian networks. The internet traffic bundle has been raised from 15 GB to 20 GB while the monthly subscription rate has been reduced by 30 percent, to RUB 650.
The Beta tariff includes 1,000 minutes, 1,000 SMS or MMS and 10 GB. The monthly rate totals RUB 450.
The operator has doubled the data traffic volume under its 'Gamma‘ tariff, up to 10 GB. The offer also includes 500 minutes of calls, as well as 500 SMS or MMS to all Russian numbers for RUB 350 per month.
The 'Sigma‘ tariff is a new proposal from Tele2 Russia for B2B users. The monthly rate is RUB 200. The offer contains 300 minutes of calls, 300 SMS or MMS and and a 1 GB bundle.
All the tariffs include unlimited calls between the company’s employees.
二、畢馬威會(huì)計(jì)事務(wù)撤出對Lycamobile公司業(yè)務(wù)
KPMG畢馬威會(huì)計(jì)事務(wù)所鑒于無法再從英國虛商Lycamobile獲取所需信息，于早些時(shí)段撤出了對Lycamobile公司的業(yè)務(wù)。據(jù)The Times報(bào)道，曾在Lycamobile公司任職3年的某會(huì)計(jì)師稱，Lycamobile公司受制于“治理結(jié)構(gòu)和對財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告的內(nèi)部控制的公司系統(tǒng)監(jiān)管”。
畢馬威會(huì)計(jì)事務(wù)所表示，該公司無法掌握“對審計(jì)有必要的Lycamobile公司的所有信息和緣由”。畢馬威會(huì)計(jì)事務(wù)所還表示，如果Lycamobile公司對一系列已提出審計(jì)意見的問題仍然懸而未決，該公司則無法接管Lycamobile公司的審計(jì)業(yè)務(wù)。

KPMG resigns as Lycamobile auditor
KPMG has resigned as auditor to the UK business of MVNO Lycamobile after failing to obtain required information from the company. The accountant, which has worked for Lycamobile for three years, said it had been hindered by the "governance structure and oversight of the companies’ system of internal control over financial reporting", The Times reports.
KPMG said it was unable to get hold of "all the information and explanations from the company that we considered necessary for the purpose of our audit”. The company said it could not stay on as auditor when a number of issues remained outstanding over its audit opinion.
Lycamobile said it had terminated the agreement with KPMG, as is standard practice to change auditors every few years.

Brazilian MVNO Porto Seguro Conecta has become the first operator in the market to include mobile phone insurance in its voice and data plans, offered to customers in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. The cover applies to any smartphone, regardless of model or manufacturer, and corresponds to half the market value of an equal or similar device and will be available to all customers of the postpaid plans Conecta +5 and Conecta +10.
